EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Under applicable legal terms, Enchantique Essence allows the exchange or return of ordered items within a period of 15 days from their receipt.

The customer should contact our team via email before proceeding with the return. The products should be returned within 15 days after receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products that are in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions outlined above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to be refunded, please note that:

The refund will be made via bank transfer. Shipping costs to our facilities are borne by the customer. The refund will only be processed after a detailed verification of the returned products.
