The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities permitted on the online store available at www.enchantiqueessence.pt (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

These General Terms and Conditions are binding for all users. We ask that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these General Terms and Conditions or if you disagree entirely, you should not use our Website or our services. The General Terms and Conditions represent a valid contract entered into between you and the Company.

The Website owner will exercise due diligence to ensure that the data presented on the Website is detailed and up-to-date. At the same time, the Website owner also reserves the right to change the content of the Website or cease to update it at any time without prior notice. Additionally, the Website owner may also change the services, products, prices, or programs described on this Website at any time and without notice.

USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

The Company operates the online store in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The online store is available to buyers at any time, and the Company reserves the right to temporarily disable or suspend the online store without prior notice.

The online store may be temporarily unavailable or unable to process payments temporarily due to maintenance or updating of the online store. The Company will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during maintenance and/or updating of the online store.

PLACING ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE

The sales contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives an order confirmation email with the status "Order confirmed"). From that moment, the prices and all other conditions of the purchase are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is stored on the Company's server in electronic format.

Purchase procedure:

Step: In the available offer in the online store, the Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms their choice by clicking "Add to cart." If the buyer wants to purchase several different items, the process must be repeated for each individual item. When the Buyer completes the item selection process, they can proceed with the purchase process by clicking the "Checkout" button.

Step: In this step, the Buyer fills out the form with the necessary personal data for the delivery of the order. After filling out the form, the Buyer may, in certain cases, choose from various possible delivery options and add other products or services to their order. In this step, the Buyer is also informed of the estimated delivery date. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer has the option to choose from various different payment methods. Considering the selected choice, the final amount to be paid is recalculated before completing the purchase. The Buyer confirms the purchase process by clicking the "Complete purchase" button.

After completing the purchase, the Website displays a confirmation message to the Buyer indicating that the order has been successfully submitted, providing details of the submitted order. Additionally, the Buyer also receives a confirmation email to the email address specified in Point 2, which contains an overview of the order, instructions for using the ordered products, and instructions for order pickup or filing complaints if the Buyer is not satisfied with the product or no longer wants it.

Please note that the total purchase amount, including delivery or other costs applicable to the purchase, will be charged after confirmation of your order. We will inform you of any additional costs before submitting your order. Any additional costs may be related to the selected payment method.

PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS, AND PROMOTIONS

Prices

All prices listed on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply from the moment the order is placed. The offer is valid until canceled.

NOTICE: This is a retail online store targeted exclusively at end customers (B2C). For this reason, we do not allow B2B sales on this Website and also do not offer the option to issue invoices to legal entities. This also means that subsequent corrections to invoices (from individuals to legal entities) are not allowed, as the sales transaction is exclusively concluded with an individual.

If you wish to establish a B2B relationship with our company and purchase large quantities of our products (full packaging/carton with a minimum purchase value of 5000 EUR + VAT), you can contact our wholesale store via email.

Payment Methods

You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

Payment on delivery — With cash or credit card; the Buyer can pay the invoice to the carrier delivering the goods to the Buyer's address; Credit card payment; PayPal payment. The Company reserves the right to verify the selected payment method through authentication means. Additionally, we also reserve the right to further examine the selected payment method, requesting you to provide proof of payment.

You have been informed that you must pay the full amount of the order (including any transaction and delivery costs) according to the selected payment method. You guarantee that you have the capacity and the right to make transactions with a credit card or any other selected payment method.

Promotions

The Website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce the prices of products (hereinafter referred to as "promotions"). In each promotion, a reduced price is offered for a certain period (limited), set individually for each promotion. The reduced price applies to all purchases made during the promotion.

Please note that some promotions are only directed at new users who have not yet made purchases in our online store. In this case, such promotion does not apply to existing users. Any attempt to use this type of promotion will be immediately blocked, and email addresses used for such misuse will be deleted without notice. Generally, discounts and other promotions are not cumulative unless each individual promotion explicitly specifies otherwise.

COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Prices do not include any delivery costs. Delivery costs can be found on the online store, where you will have the option to select your delivery method. Our company offers two delivery methods: standard and express. The main difference between these two methods is that orders with express delivery are handled and packed with higher priority. Before selecting the desired delivery method, check the price set next to each individual choice. Upon submitting the order, you will see a summary showing the cost of the purchase, the cost of delivery, and the total cost.

If you choose the payment on delivery method, the carrier will charge the delivery fee calculated at the time of order submission. If you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, this cost will not be charged to you.

The products you ordered will be delivered to the address you entered on our Website as the delivery address.

The expected delivery time is available to the Buyer at the time of order submission. The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of increased demand or delays in the delivery service. Deliveries are usually made before noon. If you cannot receive the order at that time, the carrier will try to arrange with the Buyer a new delivery method and location.

If the carrier does not contact the Buyer, another attempt will be made to deliver the order on the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, the order and its contents will be returned to the sender.

The amount paid for unsuccessful delivery and pre-paid orders is automatically refunded within 8 (eight) business days from the registration of the return of the order by the warehouse or from the moment the Company establishes that the order was not successfully delivered.

Safety warnings regarding the use of all products

The use of products from our online store may pose a certain risk to life and physical integrity. You must explicitly confirm that you understand that the use of such products represents these risks and fully accept them. By ordering and/or using such products, you confirm that you are aware of such risks, which may include the risk of illness, injury, disability, or death. You must assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the order and/or use of the products.

Before using any of the products, you must read the respective instructions for use.

Before use, each product must be safely tested. If you are unsure how to test the product, we ask that you do not use the product, inform us of this situation, or return the product.

The company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages incurred by the use of the products ordered on the Website, regardless of whether the products are used correctly or incorrectly by the Buyer or a third party. This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by law.

If a claim is made against the Company, the Company limits its liability for damages to three times the market price of the product.

We strive to offer descriptions and photographs of the products that are as detailed and accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all information and photographs of the products are completely accurate. Since some products can be purchased from various different suppliers, there may be some differences in the appearance of the packaging or the product. These differences do not in any way affect the quality or functionality of the product.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

A Buyer who makes a purchase in our online store has the right to terminate the contract. This termination of the contract can be communicated within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order and must be communicated to the Company through the delivery service. The buyer does not need to communicate the reason for their decision. This right to terminate the contract applies only to buyers who are individuals and who acquire goods and services for purposes other than their professional or business activities.
